Refund & Cancellation Policy

Signatura is sold as a per-mailbox subscription. This policy explains when you can cancel, what happens afterwards, and when we issue refunds.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your dashboard — no email or phone call required. Cancellation stops future renewals; your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

What happens after cancellation

• Signatures already applied to mailboxes remain in place.
• Your account enters a read-only grace period: templates and audit history stay visible, but enforcement, directory sync, and platform connections are disabled.
• You can reactivate at any time by starting a new subscription.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike.

• Billing errors, duplicate charges, or extended service failure caused by us: refunded or credited in full, regardless of timing.
• Accidental renewal: contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund the unused renewal period.

Plan and mailbox changes

Adding or removing mailboxes, or switching between monthly and annual plans, is prorated automatically. Increases are charged immediately for the remainder of the period; decreases apply as credit toward your next invoice.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address on the account, or email support@signatura-us.com and we will help. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — most issues are resolved faster directly. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until it is resolved.
