Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Signatura, a subscription service for managing and enforcing email signatures across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants. Signatura is operated by Enhanced Computing Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), and you are contracting with Enhanced Computing Solutions — "Signatura" is our trading/product name. By creating an account, continuing to use the service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Signatura lets you create signature templates, connect a mail platform, and apply signatures to mailboxes in tenants you administer. Direct accounts manage a single organization; partner accounts may manage multiple client tenants they own.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for the activity of your users, and for safeguarding credentials.

3. Customer authorization and data

You represent that you are an administrator of, or have written authorization from, each tenant you connect. You grant us permission to read directory attributes and to write signature settings to the mailboxes you designate. You retain ownership of your content; we process it only to provide the service.

4. Intellectual property

The Signatura service — including its software, source code, APIs, templates we supply, documentation, design, and the Signatura name and logos — is owned by Enhanced Computing Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service during your subscription and within your purchased plan. No ownership rights transfer to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the service except as expressly permitted. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation. You retain ownership of your own content, logos, and branding.

5. Subscriptions and pricing

• Direct plans: $1.50 per mailbox per month or $15 per mailbox per year.
• Partner plans: $1.20 per mailbox per month or $12 per mailbox per year.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected at checkout.
• Changing mailbox quantity or plan mid-term is prorated by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

6. Payment processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Card details are handled by Paddle and are never stored by us. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until the balance is settled.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After that, your account enters a read-only grace period: existing signatures remain in place on your mailboxes, but enforcement, syncing, and connection management are disabled.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam, to impersonate others, to distribute malware or unlawful content, to access tenants you are not authorized to administer, or to reverse engineer, resell (other than under an approved partner account), or overload the service.

10. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email at support@signatura-us.com. Platform outages at Microsoft, Google, or our infrastructure providers are outside our control.

11. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or remain unpaid. You may terminate at any time by cancelling and deleting your account.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced to account administrators by email at least 30 days before taking effect for renewals.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
